If you have a complaint about our service, please follow our complaints procedure first. You can refer an unresolved complaint to the Property Redress Scheme once you have our final viewpoint letter, or if 8 weeks have passed since you first complained in writing.
The Property Redress Scheme does not issue a separate membership certificate PDF for agents to publish. Membership is shown on this website by naming the scheme and displaying the Property Redress logo, as required.
